1979. 9 month posting BATUS Canada.
1980-82 Lisanelly Barracks Omagh Co Tyrone.(Corporal)
1982-86. Carver Barracks Wimbish Essex.
1983. 9 month posting BATUS Canada.
1985. 6 month UN tour of Cyprus. (Sergeant)

1989-91 Wolfenbuttel West Germany.
1990-91. As a Staff Segeant deployed with A Squadron 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards on Operation Granby to Saudi Arabia as the Squadron Signals NCO. Took park in Operation Desert Sabre. 3rd Armoured Vehicle from 1(UK) ArmouredDivision to enter Kuwait.
1991-92. Tidworth Hampshire (Warrant Officer 2nd Class and Squadron Sergeant Major).
1992-98 Athlone Barracks Sennelager Germany.
1996. Klujc in Bosnia with the NATO Implementation Force.(Warrant Officer 1st Class and Regimental Sergeant Major).
1998 4 Month Emergency tour of Ireland (HMP Maze)
1998-91 Commissioned as Captain (Officer No 549088)Cambrai Barracks Catterick Garrison.
1999-2000. Podujevo in Kosovo as part of NATOs KFOR. August 2001 due to move to Bulford Wiltshire to assume the appointment of SO3 G1/G4 1 (UK) Recce Bde.
